📍The sorting will be based on first comes first serves basis!
📍If there NO internal trade options, meaning I DONT DO ANY.

POSTER IN TUBE
📍If you choose YES and want to buy more than 1 quantity, tube count as 1 only (kindly choose 1 version with poster in tube, and choose the next quantity album WITHOUT tube pls)
📍Buying in FULL SET, tube automatically counts as 1 (pls avoid double tube add on!!)
📍If you choose NO, the poster will be automatically folded!
📍If there NO Poster in Tube options, meaning the album doesn’t come with any POSTER!
After release date, no more poster available so do not need to add the tube!

PREFERRED VERSION:
📍If stated RANDOM, the version will be given randomly
📍You may state your preferred version at order notes if it RANDOM
📍However, I will try to sort it out based on first comes first serves
📍If stated as CAN CHOOSE, you will get your desired version!*

• All album sales made on Kshoppe Store will count toward the Hanteo and Gaon charts. 

• Please note that the first press/pre-order benefits can only be guaranteed if you place your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out or limited). Depending on availability, the first press/pre-order benefits may still be available (while inventory lasts) or no more after the releases date

• The outer box/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return/exchange or refund!

• If there is any manufacturing error of the product (such as missing items during the factory production), there will be NO refund/exchange or return as it’s the error by the manufacturer itself not from our side!

• Combining orders with different items under 1 order number is possible BUT please do WhatsApp us first to ask the possibility to combine due to different release dates and also possible different weight/size of each item!
