• Please remember which batch you order!
• 1st batch preorder starts at 26/10 and if I do not manage to secure during 1st preorder, order will automatically proceed to 2nd batch!
• There will be no price change (extra fee) unless the price change from previous photo-folio OR overweight!! Since there is calendar and outbox (if any) inside!
• Internal trade to trade the random photocard is available but it will depend on first comes first serves basis and availability! Please list your top member from 1-7 (DO NOT STATE 1 MEMBER ONLY)

IMPORTANT PLEASE TAKE A NOTE 

• All album sales made on Kshoppe Store will count toward the Hanteo and Gaon charts.

• Please note that the first press/pre-order benefits can only be guaranteed if you place your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out or limited). Depending on availability, the first press/pre-order benefits may still be available (while inventory lasts) or no more after the releases date

• The outer box/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return/exchange or refund!

• If there is any manufacturing error of the product (such as missing items during the factory production), there will be NO refund/exchange or return as it’s the error by the manufacturer itself not from our side!

• Combine orders with different items under 1 order number is possible BUT please do WhatsApp us first to ask the possibility to combine due to different release dates and also possible different weight/size of each item!
