• Please note that the first press/pre-order benefits can only be guaranteed if you place your order before the pre-order deadline (unless sold out or limited). Depending on availability, the first press/pre-order benefits may still be available (while inventory lasts) or no more after the releases date

• The outer box/case/cover is made for protecting the product underneath. Small scratches, flaws, discoloration, etc. on the outer box/case/cover may occur during packaging/delivery and cannot be the reason for return/exchange or refund!

• If there is any manufacturing error of the product (such as missing items during the factory production), there will be NO refund/exchange or return as it’s the error by the manufacture itself not from our side!

• Combine orders with different items under 1 order number is possible BUT please do WhatsApp us first to ask the possibility to combine due to different release dates and also possible different weight/size of each item!
